There is no freedom of panorama in Cambodia for commercial uses of images of protected artworks if those works are th intended subjects of such images. This 3D artwork was unveiled in the late 1970s per w:Cambodia–Vietnam Friendship Monument (Waymarking.com alleges this year as 1979). Hence permission from the artist who created this work or his heirs is required.
