Egyptian International Mahmoud Trezeguet continued his scoring spree with Trabzonspor in the Turkish league as he scored a winner today against Adana Demirspor.
Trezeguet scored Trabzonspor’s goal in the 21st minute, after following up on the shot that rebounded off an Adana defender, causing the ball to bounce in front of the goal and placing it in the net.
This marks Trezeguet’s fourth consecutive goal for Trabzonspr across various competitions, marking the first time he has achieved this feat as he previously scored three consecutive goals in the previous season.
Trezeguet’s consecutive goals came against Gençlerbirliği in the Turkish Cup, Hatayspor in Round 25, and Pendikspor in Round 26, in addition to today’s match goal.
Overall, Trezeguet has participated in 19 matches in all competitions with Trabzonspor this season, scoring eight goals and providing two assists.
Trabzonspor raised its points to 46, securing third place, while Adana Demirspor’s points halted at 32, placing them twelfth.
