Al Ahly manager Martin Lasarte has named his 20-man squad that will face Nogoom FC in the 29th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

The Reds enter the game sitting joint top of the league table with 64 points alongside Pyramids FC, however, the latter played two more games.

Meanwhile, Nogoom FC are currently bottom of the league table and a defeat against Al Ahly tomorrow could send down them to the second division in case Haras El-Hodood and ENPPI won their respective games.

Al Ahly’s squad has seen the return of Salah Mohsen and goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy after missing out on their side’s victory over Tala’ea El Gaish.

Despite picking up a major head injury last week, Geraldo has made the squad alongside Walid Soliman, Saleh Gomaa, Rami Rabiaa, and Hesham Mohamed.

On the other hand, Ahmed El-Sheikh, Ahmed Hamoudi, Mohamed Sherif, Nasser Maher and Mohamed Naguib were left out for technical reasons.

The list of absentees also includes Saad Samir, Mahmoud Wahid, Marwan Mohsen, Mohamed Mahmoud, Karim Nedved, Hossam Ashour, Amr Gamal, and Islam Mohareb.

Full squad:

Goalkeepers: Mohamed El-Shennawy, Ali Lotfi, Sherif Ekramy.

Defenders: Ahmed Fathi, Mohamed Hany, Ayman Ashraf, Rami Rabia, Yasser Ibrahim, Ali Maaloul.

Midfielders: Hamdy Fathi, Hussein El-Shahat, Hesham Mohamed, Ramadan Sobhi, Geraldo, Saleh Gomaa, Amr El-Sulya, Walid Soliman.

Forwards: Junior Ajayi, Walid Azaro, Salah Mohsen.
