Egyptian Premier League champions Zamalek have announced the signing of Pyramids midfielder Nabil Dounga and Tala’a El-Gaish defender Mostafa El-Zenary.
The White Knights enjoyed a great domestic campaign, having been crowned Egyptian Premier League champions for the second year in a row as well as beating Al Ahly to the 2021 Egypt Cup.
However, they are still aiming to improve their ranks, especially with the new continental campaign starting soon.
The club already made a number of big signings including Raja’s Zakaria El-Wardi and ex-Wadi Degla forward Ibrahima Ndiaye.
Furthermore, Zamalek president Mortada Mansour has now announced two more players that will be joining the team for the next season.
The players Mortada named are Pyramids midfielder Nabil Dounga and Tala’a El-Gaish defender Mostafa El-Zenary.
“I made the preparations for Dounga’s deal money transfer, even after the injury he suffered with the national team,” Mansour told the official club TV channel.
“We also signed Mostafa El-Zenary who is the best defender in Egypt, and the two players will be joining us but Dounga will first travel to undergo medical treatment in Qatar.”
