Al-Nassr skipper Cristiano Ronaldo has expressed his happiness and heartfelt gratitude for being in Saudi Arabia.
Yesterday, Ronaldo scored his 63rd career hat-trick, leading Al-Nassr to achieve their first league win of the season against Al-Fateh after two winless rounds.
While Ronaldo scored a stunning hat trick, new signing Sadio Mane scored a perfect brace to give the Jeddah-based side a much-needed 5-0 win in the third round of Saudi Lague.
Footballing icon Ronaldo has expressed his happiness to be in Saudi Arabia and insisted that the Saudi Pro League will become one of the best in the world.
“I am very happy to be in Saudi Arabia,” Ronaldo said after the Al-Fateh game.
“I said it last year, the Saudi Pro League will be one of the best leagues in the world, and many big names have been attracted already.
“Thank you to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for embracing me, and I feel happiness here. This feeling gives me the love to offer my best and contribute a lot to Saudi football.
“Our level is constantly improving, and we delivered a remarkable match with the effort of everyone,” he added.
