VIDEO: Pharaohs abroad weekend results

King Fut recaps all the action involving Egyptians in Europe this weekend.

Results:

  • Ahmed Elmohamady: SUNDERLAND vs. Reading – – POSTPONED (Waterlogged pitch).
  • Adam El Abd vs. Mido (injured): BRIGHTON 5-1 BARNSLEY. El-Abd makes 300th appearance.
  • Ahmed Hegazy – FIORENTINA 2-1 Udinese. Hegazy remained an unused sub.
  • Mohamed Salah – FC BASEL 1-2 St. Gallen. Salah was substituted in the 53rd minute after picking up a thigh injury. Is set to miss the midweek UEFA Champions League clash against CFR Cluj, and Zürich next weekend.
  • Ahmed Samir Farag, Ahmed Said ‘Okka’ & Mohamed ‘Dodo’ Elgabas – Cercle Bruges 0-3 LIERSE. Farag and Okka both started for the 5th game in a row since the season opener. Dodo came off the bench in the last 10mins with Cercle already down to 9-men.
  • Amr Zaki – Trabzonspor vs. ELAZIGSPOR 0-2. Amr Zaki wasn’t in the squad.
