There will be fire, Salah speaks out after Klopp touchline spat

Mohamed Salah has refused to comment on his touchline spat with manager Jurgen Klopp following Liverpool’s draw with West Ham.

As Mohamed Salah was waiting to come on as a late substitute at The London Stadium, television coverage showed the Egyptian and Klopp in a heated exchange.

Mohamed Salah was dropped to the bench following a series of underwhelming performances and it might have gotten to the player’s head, especially after the club’s defeat in the Merseyside derby on Wednesday night.

Salah was seen arguing with his manager when he went over to speak with him before Darwin Nunez pulled his teammate away from continuing the exchange.

After the game, Jurgen Klopp refused to reveal the reason behind the fallout, but he insisted the incident is now water under the bridge.

However, it seems that Mohamed Salah hasn’t moved on yet as he told the press: “If I speak today there will be fire.”, refusing to put the matter to bed.
